We now offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all new USA orders.

When you select our new USA shipping option, we calculate any applicable US customs tariffs/duties and taxes upfront. You pay them together with the product cost at checkout, and we handle the rest.

We pay the Tariff/Duty on your behalf, so your package clears customs immediately and heads straight to your door.

• No Surprise Fees: The total you see at checkout is final. You won't be asked for extra payments upon delivery.
• Faster Delivery: Pre-cleared packages fly through customs, avoiding hold-ups for payment processing.
• Zero Hassle: Receive your package without having to deal with customs paperwork or broker bills.

Note on Existing Backorders: If you have a pending backorder that was placed with the DHL DDU shipping option, your order will still ship using that method. The DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms will apply.

Note on Returns: Duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable in the event of a return.
