We pay the Tariff/Duty on your behalf, so your package clears customs immediately and heads straight to your door.

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after your order has been processed.

• Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
• Military Addresses (APO/FPO): If you use a Military Box (APO, FPO, or similar) as your shipping address, you assume all risk for the delivery. These addresses often do not support standard tracking or signature confirmation, which invalidates shipping insurance. While issues are rare, please be aware that we cannot cover lost, returned, or missing items shipped to these addresses.
