We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely and arrive in perfect condition. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Please monitor your tracking to follow its progress and ensure you are available to receive the parcel upon arrival.

 

Understanding Your Delivery Options

Please review your chosen shipping option carefully, as it determines the delivery procedure and liability.

1. "No Signature" Option

  • How it works: The courier will leave the parcel in your letterbox or at your front door without requiring a signature.
  • Your Responsibility: You must collect the parcel immediately. The courier's "Delivered" scan is considered final proof of delivery.
  • Risk: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the tracking shows "Delivered."

 

2. "Signature Required" Option

  • How it works: The courier will attempt to get a signature at your address. If you are not home, they will leave a card with instructions for pickup or re-delivery. If the item is damaged on delivery, you must sign it DAMAGED or refuse delivery. 
  • Contactless Delivery: Please be aware that some couriers, following their own health or safety policies, may opt for a "contactless" signature. This means they may knock, confirm you are home, and then sign on your behalf to minimize contact.

 

Address & Order Details

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after your order has been processed.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO): If you use a Military Box (APO, FPO, or similar) as your shipping address, you assume all risk for the delivery. These addresses often do not support standard tracking or signature confirmation, which invalidates shipping insurance. While issues are rare, please be aware that we cannot cover lost or missing items shipped to these addresses.

 

IMPORTANT: International Orders & Duties

All orders are currently shipped from our facility in New Zealand.

As the importer, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs office, with one specific exception:

  • For US Customers DDP (Pre-Paid Duties): We offer a "US DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)" shipping option at checkout. This is the only option that allows you to pre-pay all US tariffs and customs fees. By selecting this, you are guaranteed to have no extra costs or delays upon delivery.

  • For All Other Countries (and US Customers without DDP): If this US DDP option is not selected, or if you are shipping to any other country, you will be responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes when your order arrives.

 PLEASE NOTE: FORGED CARBON IN STOCK. 3K Twill weave is currently on 'PRE-ORDER' and will ship in 5-8 weeks. Your order will ship complete (with any other items ordered) when it's finished, and tracking will be updated via email at that time. 

Finish off the back end of your Supra with our stylish carbon rear boot / hatch spoiler. It fits neatly under both the TRD and OEM wings with excellent fitment guaranteed. 

 

Features:

  • Available from the drop down menu in both 3K Twill Weave Carbon Fibre and the new Forged Carbon Fibre. 
  • This is another high quality carbon fibre part with that excellent fit and finish that Pro Spec Imports parts are famous for.
  • This hatch lip fits to the rear hatch of all year Mk4 Supra '93 to '01. 
  • Fits under both the TRD wing and OEM stock wing, can also be used with no other rear wing (see photos for examples of all 3). 
  • This spoiler does not use bolts. For best fitment we recommend using Sikaflex 227 BLACK (or similar adhesive) for installation (this will give a more permanent install). Black 3M VHB tape can also be used, if prepped and installed correctly it is very strong . **We always recommend professional body shop installation.

    Tips for caring for carbon: All of our carbon is cleared with a UV protectant clear coat. To keep your carbon looking beautiful long term it helps to wax with a UV protectant wax like Autoglym HD Wax (its also what McLaren recommend for protecting the carbon on their supercars), this will give it extra protection from the sun and help to keep it looking good for years to come.
