1. 'Machined Finish Titanium'
For the purist, our Machined Finish showcases the raw beauty and precision of modern engineering. This finish is the direct, unadulterated result of the CNC milling process itself.
- Step 1 - Billet Milling: Each key begins as a solid billet of aerospace-grade titanium. A CNC Mill then precisely carves the key's fundamental shape from this raw block.
- Step 2 - The Final Tool Path: The final pass of a high-precision cutting tool creates the key's finished surface. This step intentionally preserves the fine, concentric lines—the tool paths—that serve as the unique visual signature of this finish.
The Result: A raw yet refined finish with a dynamic, tactile texture. These fine machining lines catch and refract light, celebrating the material's honest journey from a solid block to a precision-engineered instrument.
2. 'Frosted Titanium'
Our Frosted Titanium finish is a celebration of the metal's natural beauty, achieved through a precise, multi-stage texturing process.
- Step 1: Surface Unification The process begins by media blasting the raw titanium component. This initial stage removes any minor surface imperfections and establishes a perfectly uniform foundation.
- Step 2: Precision Frosting We then apply a final, finer stage of blasting. This carefully textures the surface to create a non-reflective matte finish with a distinctively smooth, velvety feel.
The Result: A beautifully uniform matte surface that is soft to the touch and minimizes glare. The Frosted Titanium finish showcases the pure, understated colour and character of the raw metal.
3. 'Polished Stealth Black'
Our Polished Stealth Black finish is the ultimate fusion of luxury and durability, achieved through a meticulous two-step method.
- Step 1: Mirror Polishing: We begin by polishing the solid titanium key head to a flawless, liquid-like shine, creating the perfect foundation.
- Step 2: PVD Coating. Next, an ultra-hard, non-toxic layer of Obsidian Black Titanium Nitride (TiN) is applied via Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD), bonding it to the titanium at a molecular level.
The Result: A stunning and durable black chrome finish engineered for flawless functionality, extreme scratch resistance, and a signature stealth aesthetic.

Cutting the key:
- The key 'blade' section that is cut by the locksmith is made from the normal coated nickel-brass (not titanium), this means no increased wear on your locks and ignition. This also means you can take it to any Qualified Locksmith for cutting like a normal key blank.
- It’s better to get the locksmith to cut the key to 'code' and not 'copied' from the old worn-out key, because this can cause issues. Your cars key 'code' can be found printed on the OEM key blade and on the door lock barrel, you can also get it from the VIN number at a dealer or certain locksmiths.
