"The connection between driver and machine begins long before the engine turns over - it begins the moment you pick up your keys."
We’ve re-engineered the experience using solid Grade 6 Titanium Billet, incorporating the iconic S15 'S' logo and four precision-drilled holes to pay homage to the epic 4-cylinder SR20 powerplant. The result is a master key with a raw, mechanical feel that matches the performance of your machine - offering a level of tactile feedback the factory plastic key simply can't match.
Starting your Silvia will never be the same again...
Features and info:
-
Vehicle Compatibility: Designed specifically for the Nissan Silvia S15 (1999–2002).
-
Note: This is a non-transponder key blank.
-
-
Titanium Head: CNC machined from solid Grade 6 Titanium Billet (Ti-5Al-2.5Sn). This provides superior impact resistance and complete corrosion immunity in an ultra-lightweight package.
-
Each key features a precision CNC-machined logo/design on both the front and back
-
Mechanical Sympathy: We utilize a Nickel-Plated Brass blade section rather than solid titanium. This hybrid design ensures the key cuts smoothly and remains softer than your ignition/lock tumblers, preventing long-term lock damage.
-
Raw Machined Finish: A race-inspired surface that retains the distinct CNC tool paths. This highlights the Grade 6 Titanium’s raw gunmetal aesthetics and delivers a rugged, industrial texture.
-
Universal Locksmith Compatibility: Can be cut at any standard locksmith. For the perfect result, only cut from the original Key Code rather than tracing a worn master key.
-
Small Batch Production: Manufactured in strictly limited runs to maintain the highest standards of quality control and exclusivity.
- Presentation: Ships in a Pro Spec Imports protective flannel pouch (synthetic construction). Keeps the titanium finish pristine during shipping and storage.

Cutting The Key Blank:
IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE CUTTING
- The key ‘blade’ is precision-machined key brass (not titanium), so it cuts easily like a standard key and prevents excess wear on your vehicle's locks and ignition.
- It must be cut to your vehicle’s original key code only.
- Copy cutting from an old key is not recommended and will void the keys warranty.
Worn keys transfer inaccuracies when copied, which can cause poor operation, damage to your locks, and may permanently damage or cause failure to the new key.
Correct Key Cutting Process:
1. Obtain your original key code
There are a number of ways to get your key code. You can have your key decoded by a locksmith, use the VIN at a dealer and certain locksmiths, or retrieve the code written on the OEM key blank or door lock cylinder.
2. Test on a cheap blank first (optional step but recommended)
Cut a low-cost generic key using the confirmed code and test it in all locks.
3. Cut your PSI Custom Key
Once verified, cut your Pro Spec Imports key using the same confirmed key code.
