Thanks for shopping with Pro Spec Imports. We do our best to provide quality parts, accurate product information, and a smooth buying experience for our customers worldwide.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders, Cancellations & Pre-Orders
Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.
Most orders are processed quickly, so we may not always be able to make changes once an order has been placed.
Pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. Pre-order items are secured and produced specifically for you, and production or supplier orders may already be underway.
For regular in-stock items, if you contact us promptly and the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to assist with changes or cancellations where possible, however we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
If we approve a cancellation and issue a refund for an order or part of an order, the refund will be less any payment processing fees that are not returned to us by the payment provider.
2. Incorrect Items & Support
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and we will always try to work with you to resolve any genuine issues.
If you believe you have ordered the wrong item, received the wrong item, or are experiencing a problem with the item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.
Where there is a genuine product or order issue, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
3. Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, photos, fitment notes, and product details. Please make sure the item is suitable for your vehicle before ordering.
Some aftermarket parts may require adjustment, careful installation, or professional fitting. Vehicle age, previous repairs, modifications, and regional model differences can affect fitment.
Our products are intended for 'show and off-road' use only. Please check your local laws and regulations before purchasing and installing any parts.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from either our New Zealand headquarters or our US warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available. Please keep an eye on the tracking and make sure someone can receive or collect the parcel.
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to change it once the order has been processed. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, the cost to resend it will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the courier or postal service. Delays can happen due to customs, public holidays, weather, courier backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. No Signature / Authority to Leave
If you choose a no-signature or authority-to-leave delivery option, the courier may leave the parcel at your address. Once tracking shows the parcel has been delivered, it is the buyer’s responsibility to collect it promptly.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
6. Signature Delivery
If you choose signature delivery, the courier will usually attempt to obtain a signature or confirmation at the delivery address.
Please note that some couriers may use contactless delivery procedures or sign on behalf of the receiver after confirming delivery.
7. Military, APO/FPO & Freight Forwarding Addresses
Military addresses, APO/FPO addresses, and freight forwarding services can sometimes have limited tracking or delivery confirmation.
If you choose to ship to one of these addresses, we are responsible for getting the parcel delivered to the address provided. Once delivered to a freight forwarder, military mail service, or similar third party, any further delivery issues must be followed up directly with that service.
8. International Orders, Duties & Taxes (USA – see next section)
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, or local fees that may apply in their country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our product price or standard shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
9. USA - Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
All USA orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.
This means all applicable US import duties, tariffs, and customs fees are included in your order total and are paid on your behalf before delivery. This helps avoid unexpected charges and allows for smoother customs clearance.

10. Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us before returning any item.
Returns or exchanges may be considered for regular in-stock items where the item is unused, in original condition, and approved by us first.
Pre-order items, special-order items, custom items, clearance items, and used items are final sale unless there is a genuine issue with the item, we have made an error with your order, or a return is required under applicable consumer law.
Return shipping costs are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless we have sent the incorrect item or there is a confirmed product fault.
A restocking fee may apply to approved returns, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Please contact us for more information.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws in your country.
For customers in New Zealand, this includes any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
For customers in the EU or UK, eligible online purchases may include a 14-day cancellation / withdrawal period, except where an item is made to order, personalised, custom, special-order, pre-order, used, clearance, or otherwise excluded by applicable law.

12. Product Use
Pro Spec Imports offers mostly aftermarket parts intended for enthusiast, show, restoration, motorsport/off-road use.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check whether a product is suitable and legal for use in their country, state, or region before purchasing and installing it.
13. Website Content & Intellectual Property
Photos, product descriptions, designs, logos, and other content on this website belong to Pro Spec Imports unless otherwise stated.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
14. Privacy & Customer Information
We collect and use customer information only as needed to process orders, manage payments, arrange shipping, provide support, and meet our business or legal obligations.
