Important Shipping & Delivery Information

We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely and arrive in perfect condition. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Please monitor your tracking to follow its progress and ensure you are available to receive the parcel upon arrival.

Understanding Your Delivery Options

Please review your chosen shipping option carefully, as it determines the delivery procedure and liability.

1. "No Signature" Option

• How it works: The courier will leave the parcel in your letterbox or at your front door without requiring a signature.
• Your Responsibility: You must collect the parcel immediately. The courier's "Delivered" scan is considered final proof of delivery.
• Risk: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the tracking shows "Delivered."

2. "Signature Required" Option

• How it works: The courier will attempt to get a signature at your address. If you are not home, they will leave a card with instructions for pickup or re-delivery. If the item is damaged on delivery, you must sign it DAMAGED or refuse delivery. 
• Contactless Delivery: Please be aware that some couriers, following their own health or safety policies, may opt for a "contactless" signature. This means they may knock, confirm you are home, and then sign on your behalf to minimize contact.

Address & Order Details

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after your order has been processed.

• Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
• Military Addresses (APO/FPO): If you use a Military Box (APO, FPO, or similar) as your shipping address, you assume all risk for the delivery. These addresses often do not support standard tracking or signature confirmation, which invalidates shipping insurance. While issues are rare, please be aware that we cannot cover lost or missing items shipped to these addresses.

IMPORTANT: International Orders & Duties

All orders are currently shipped from our facility in New Zealand.

As the importer, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs office, with one specific exception:

• For US Customers DDP (Pre-Paid Duties): We offer a "US DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)" shipping option at checkout. This is the only option that allows you to pre-pay all US tariffs and customs fees. By selecting this, you are guaranteed to have no extra costs or delays upon delivery.
